You can donate your coins in his quarters, at the beach and the plaza.
You can get a bell at the beach and plaza.

Go to the new stage and click on the golden puffle on the first page of the stage catalog.

For the Better Igloos Catalog cheats:
Go to the 3rd page of the catalog and click on the Ivy.
Go to the 6th page and click on the Velvet Rope.
